Sofidel participates today in the scientific conference “Italian Companies and Sustainable Development. New Statistical Evidence and Analysis to Evaluate the Change” hosted at the Great Hall of the Italian National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT) in Rome.
The aim of the conference is to present the results from the collaboration between ISTAT and the PLEF Foundation (Planet Life Economy Foundation) on the topic of companies’ sustainable development and gather further information and needs from the stakeholders.
Susanna Bellandi, Sofidel Global Creative, Communication & CSR Director, will speak this morning in the round table moderated by Emanuele Plata, President of the PLEF Foundation. The round table will host representatives of the Italian production system and civil society, who will discuss results of the analyses as well as the cognitive and operational status of the sustainable approach in relation to size, location, industries, and organizations. The panelists will also evaluate factors enabling the construction of long-lasting value deriving from intangible assets, finance, production and responsible consumption, supply chain, and linear or circular processes.
