#ElRetodeRegina: Sofidel donates 40,000 Euros to two Spanish hospitals

The challenge launched by the Sofidel tissue paper group in April has come to an end. We present the names of the winners and the hospitals to which the funds will be donated.

The #ElRetodeRegina charity competition, twinned with the #RotoloniReginaChallenge initiative in Italy, was a commitment by Sofidel, through its brand Regina, to offer its contribution to some of the Spanish hospitals involved in the COVID-19 coronavirus emergency.

The stars of the show were the network users invited to record videos to be uploaded on the site www.elretoderegina.es, showing them doing keepy uppies with a roll of toilet paper. The entrants who recorded the three most popular videos could choose any Spanish hospitals they wanted, and Regina would make a donation of 10,000 euros to each. The same applies to the person who did the most keepy uppies in their video, with the Sofidel Group pledging a total of 40,000 euros as a donation to Spanish hospitals.

Here are the names of the winners and facilities to which the funds will be donated:

Biggest number of keepy uppies: Íñigo Sebastián. Donation of 10,000 euros to La Clínica Universidad de Navarra, Centro de Investigación Médica (CIMA);

  • Video with the most votes: David Herrera. Donation of 10,000 euros to the Reina de Sofía de Tudela Hospital (Navarre);
  • Video with the second most votes: Ángela García. Donation of 10,000 euros to the Reina de Sofía de Tudela Hospital (Navarre);
  • Video with the third most votes: Ander Guevara. Donation of 10,000 euros to La Clínica Universidad de Navarra, Centro de Investigación Médica (CIMA).
