The tissue paper products manufactured by Sofidel for the Consumer market are highly innovative both in terms of function and appearance and have an excellent price/quantity/quality ratio. In this line of business, the Group is present with various brands on the main European markets. With an eye always focused on innovation and environmental sustainability, the most important brand, Regina, is marketed in around 30 countries.
The Group produces high-end tissue paper products (Premium and Luxury) for numerous large-scale retailers. The so-called private label products (to be marketed with the retailer’s brand), which often make use of patents registered by Sofidel. The Group also offers temporary support brands – such as Nicky, Valenty, Alis, Florex and Dayly – whilst waiting for retail chains to develop their own brands. Also in the Private Label line of business, Sofidel has qualified its offer with references paying particular attention to issues of environmental responsibility. These include products without a cardboard core and products packaged in kraft paper instead of conventional plastic.
For the specific needs of cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, hospitals and other types of “Away-from-Home” consumption, Sofidel offers products that optimise quality and price ratio, as well as technologically advanced solutions to meet specific requirements, through an innovative tissue paper products, with a high added value in terms of hygiene, comfort and environment protection. In the Away-from-Home (AFH) line of business, Sofidel operates both in Europe and in the United States with our brand Papernet – Tailored Hygiene Solutions.
The Group manages the sale of tissue paper reels (Parent Reels) – produced in its paper mills all over the world – to converting companies that do not have paper production factories and therefore need to purchase semi-finished products from paper mills.
