A VALUE THAT CREATES SHARED VALUE

BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE, SUSTAINABLE AND RESILIENT FUTURE.
A COMMON GOAL.

Sofidel’s sustainable growth strategy is completely in line with “building an inclusive, sustainable and resilient future for people and planet”, the aim of the United Nations (UN) through the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), set to be achieved in 2030, the plan of action for people, the planet and prosperity agreed in September 2015 by the governments of the 193 member countries.

Each country, according to its own ability, must contribute to the global effort and every nation must pursue a national agenda which isconsistent with the SDGs, including the increasing number of donor countries, which now includes many of the so-called emerging countries.

Due to the nature of its industry, Sofidel is particularly committed to contributing to the achievement of 6 Sustainability Goals.
